Amends in PR for Canada – Time to Act Now!

The immigration policies for  Canada have been amended. These changes cannot exactly be considered as being immigrant friendly, especially for the prospective immigrants. The occupational lists will be start accepting Application by January 2013.

As already announced  last June 2011, Canada would accept limited number of applications under the Federal Skilled Worker program every year. The quota for the year (July 1) 2011 to (June 30th) 2012, is only 10,000 applications. In addition, no more than 500 applications will be accepted per occupation.

Canada will continue to accept permanent and temporary residents at a similar level as recent years. Last year, the country welcomed 250,000 new permanent residents and almost 200,000 temporary foreign workers. There are no plans to decrease these numbers, and this is proof that the door to Canada remains very much open. There are a number of popular Canadian immigration programs that are continuing to accept applications from eligible individuals, which will ensure that immigration continues on all levels.

Opportunity comes and out . Opportunity  will be knock not once but maybe many times but not as often. But its up to you how you want to Prepare for it when it comes, so that it will not lost again to you.

Had the Government of Canada started accepting applications last July 1, 2012, you may have to wait again for another year to immigrate.  You are really lucky! Not everybody have the education, training and experience that would make them eligible. Don't waste this opportunity.

Many of those who already Start their Application are already complete and Prepared. How About you are you Prepared  for January 2013? If You didn't Prepared your Application as Early as Now, How Soon can you complete All Required documents or Else by when new quota may again be over.  You should start preparing your documents now!

What does it mean to intended and interested applicants who plan to immigrate to Canada?
Immigration is no longer a “simplified” application process. Documentation and assessment requirements are extensive and time consuming. Preparing and filing an immigration application under the federal skilled worker program to Canada or under the skilled migrant program to Australia can now be called a “project” by itself. As a matter of fact, many qualifying applicants for NOC 1122 lost the chance to file an application because of the time it took them to complete the documentation formalities.. The Time to Act therefore is Now! With new lists and quota (Canada)  you should kick-start the process of getting your forms and documents in order immediately and without delays. If you will wait  for  December  or January you will delaying your Application, because It has to be noted that meeting all the requirements and skills assessment can take many months. Then, as soon as you complete all required docs , processes come into operation  you are ready to file your application.

Otherwise, you have to start the same process after January 2013 and file the application by  end of month by when new quota may again be over.
